I spent a truly unforgettable and perfect day at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul to celebrate my third wedding anniversary with my husband. For this stay, I was incredibly fortunate to be selected as a "Magnifique Guest" and received an unexpected upgrade to a suite. I was thrilled even before entering the room, but the moment I opened the door, I was truly moved. The beautifully written congratulatory message on the mirrored wall, the thoughtful handwritten letter, and the sweet, delicious cake! I never dreamed the hotel would prepare such a grand event for us. Thanks to them, we were able to start our anniversary with such joy. And the person who made this stay a perfect one was none other than Heo Ji-soo. From the moment we checked in until we left the room, she was incredibly kind and accommodating. As a mother, I couldn't be more grateful and heartwarming for her sincere love and care for our two-year-old daughter, Eunchae. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to carefully check on our family's well-being during our stay, and even took Polaroid photos in the lounge, leaving us with precious memories to cherish for a lifetime. I love traveling, so I've been to countless luxury hotels both domestically and internationally. However, this Sofitel Seoul is the first time I've experienced such genuine and attentive hospitality anywhere in the world.
