The luxury room was rather small, with access to the decidedly cramped lounge area. Out of three evenings, we only managed to sit down for an aperitif once, after asking the staff, who were a bit unprepared for a decidedly unmanageable request. It's strange to sell a service you know you can't honor. I wouldn't go back!
