The hotel's common areas were tastefully decorated and clean. The interior of the rooms was already a bit worn, especially the condition and cleanliness of the bathroom did not correspond to the 4-star rating. The bar cabinet was also quite warm. And what surprised me most was the unfriendliness of the waiters and kitchen staff, no greeting or eye contact. The cleaners cleaned the rooms every day and were friendly, thanks to them for that. The hotel's location was perfect. The pool areas were clean. The sun only shines on the pools and sea-facing balconies in the afternoon, only for a short time in the morning. It was lucky that we had a balcony facing the street.

Good room, but no aircon in the winter months. A bit noisy. Good service, but no drinks included at dinner, not even water. Good location really, central etc. But completely IDIOTICAL placement of sun loungers, at least in the winter months where there is only shade there.
