Unfortunately this place has not recovered from the hurricane. There is mold, abandoned building, no easy beach access. The rooms need a lot of TLC. The photos must be from before the hurricane. The owner do not care that they have deceived you and make no effort to do right by their guests. The towels are torn and stained. The rooms not properly cleaned. It could really be a gem as the community is beautiful, gated and very safe. Be wary when considering this location. Also head left for the beach, its empty, calmer and more serene. Just requires a nice hike through the brush. Pic is great example of how great this place could be and how easy it is to hide the truth, building portrayed in the back is empty and abandoned.

We checked in yesterday. Our room was not clean, the toilet had sticky dirty residue on the seat, there was black mold in the bathroom. The towels were stained and torn, there were no hand towels, dish towels or wash cloths. They were also so small, they wouldn't cover a child. There was wear and tear just about everywhere - walls, curtains, chairs, windowsills. The kitchen sink and toilet were clogged. The filter on the fridge was overdue for changing. We had to buy a coffee pot too as the one provided was a one cup for a 3 bedroom unit. We finally got ahold of someone who was incredibly disinterested to help. We moved rooms, the new room was an improvement but not entirely without issue. The towels remain an issue, the wear and tear is visible. The pool is not well kept. This could be a great place but needs millions in repairs and renovations before this should be legally rented to guests for vacation. This is not a resort, there is no beach, and there is no one on staff to help. My daughter is a travel advisor checking this place out with us and will definitely never recommend it to any of her clients. It's really a shame because this could be a gem. We tried to access the nearby athletics club as we were told we could call to make arrangements and were told we aren't allowed. Even the wine opener was broken. I mean it's like the house that Jack built and if there were accommodations available at such short notice elsewhere within las palmas we would have vacated our room. The parking attendant was a great help but limited in his capabilities. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
