We love this place! The Sole is a charming hotel in the perfect location of downtown. We stay here for a couple of weeks at a time, and the staff makes sure our experience is always great! Thanks to Todd for and making sure our stay was confortable.

After about one month of waiting for a response from the owner to address our concerns with our stay at this property, I have decided to leave a review. I am a Pensacola local and had friends visiting from out of state. I wanted to show them a great time downtown for the weekend and decided to book at the Sole’. After arriving to the two rooms I reserved for two nights each, we were met with rooms filled with hair and mildew. I decide to ignore that since we were trying to enjoy the weekend. Less than five minutes of being in the room the toilet started running very loudly and did not stop until we checked out. I informed the front desk and was informed it would be fixed by the time we returned to our rooms. It was not. It ran very loudly all night long. In order to flush the toilet, the back had to be removed and flushed manually. How disgusting. The next morning I requested to check out and receive a refund for the second night as we were unable to sleep. I was met with a very unfriendly employee who informed me a refund would not be happening and they would have somebody “look” at the toilet again. Still not fixed and still running very loudly. When it was finally time to pack up to go home we discovered German Cockroaches crawling out from under the bed. Photos will be added. To this post of said roaches. Upon checkout I informed the same very rude employee of the continued issues and was not offered any resolution. I left my phone number for the owner to call me to talk about these issues. I have received a call. I also messaged the Facebook page with pictures of the roaches and a detailed description of our awful stay. Still no contact from the owner. I will never recommend this property to anyone visiting Pensacola. I’ve stayed in cleaner and better staffed economy hotels on the interstate. Rooms: Filthy
