The spa is very small, some things don't work, and we were cold. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

We are a family of four adults (over 16 years old) and three children (under 16 years old). We weren't staying at the hotel, but we went to inquire about the spa hours. Since we were traveling with children, we were informed about the Family Spa option, with specific days and times. Reservations weren't possible; it was first-come, first-served until capacity was reached. The children were especially excited, so we arrived early and waited our turn (only one other family was ahead of us). When we went to pay just before entering, we were told that one of the adults couldn't go in, as only one adult per child was allowed. If these are the rules, I think they should inform guests in the same way they specify the days of the week and times when the Family Spa experience is available. We decided not to go in.

Check-in and check-out were very slow. The spa was a complete disaster: very small, poorly maintained, once there was too much chlorine and we had to leave, and another time the water was too cold to be in.
