Less than 200. I booked for today and there's absolutely no one here. No reception, nothing. You call, the phone's off, and nobody answers. I'm going to report you. They don't even pick up the phone. It's a scam.

Absolutely the worst. I booked a one-night stay in Madrid several months in advance and prepaid the full amount. When the date arrived, just two days before my departure, they canceled without any explanation. I sent them two emails and they didn't even reply. My take is that they had a more tempting offer than just one night and told us to sort it out ourselves. A complete lack of ethics, professional standards, and honesty. I travel a lot and, luckily, I've rarely encountered this kind of mercenary behavior.

A terrible experience. I booked three months in advance for a stay starting December 15th, and three weeks before my arrival, they cancelled, claiming they needed the accommodation... I suppose to rent it out at a higher price. Very poor service. No one took responsibility. They simply sent me a message canceling my reservation and refunded me so I couldn't file a claim. I do not recommend this place or this company. They left me stranded with a trip planned that included event tickets, especially since accommodations at this time of year are incredibly expensive. Absolutely awful.
