I arrived later than anticipated and was so happy to be greeted by Tammy-Kay! She is such a delightful woman, kind, & exceptionally helpful. She explained everything to me as I was unsure of where my room was and ensured I had a convenient ground floor room to make it easier for me with my healing broken foot. There was someone with heavy feet in the room above me but I was honestly so tired at night I fell right to sleep. The room was the perfect layout with a mini kitchen space, stove, & full sized fridge. The bathroom was also handicap equipped. Water pressure was good & room temperature was perfect. There is also a small closet with iron, ironing board, & a hair dryer. There was a desk with a chair next to the bed and a chair with a coffee table on the other side of the room to relax in. It’s perfect for short stays & was an exceptionally convenient location for me. I would most definitely recommend this lodging option again for the future.

Requested a downstairs room they would not accommodate. The room smelt terrible like they tried to cover up pet urine with deodorizer, it didn't work . The rooms are terribly outdated and worn , the furniture was tattered and worn the carpet was worn and frayed . Closet doors were hanging off their hinges. I need to reiterate how terrible the room smelled pet urine , marijuana oder and the overwhelming amount of deodorizer they used to try and cover it up . I think it would have smelt better to sleep in snoop dogs crotch after he had been urinated on by a doberman . It smelt sooooooo bad . Like a skunk got stuck in the room and pissed and sprayed everywhere . Then they used the cheapest terrible deodorizer to try and cover it up.

We were traveling with family for appointments at the Mayo Clinic so it was a stressful trip. On arrival we were given a room that didn't match the description on our emailed reservation. Apparently the third party, Algotels, did not accurately describe the room we thought we were booking. The desk clerk tried to help us by providing a different room that met our needs but we would have to move back to a smaller room on the sixth night of our stay since they had the double bedroom booked for the weekend. As if that wasn't enough during our stressful visit, we opened the door to the suite and the pee smell almost knocked us down. It is a dog friendly hotel but there was nothing friendly about the stains and smell in the bedrooms. I reported the problem but I do not believe anything was done about it. Upon getting clarity about the 6th night switch the desk clerk was very nice and said they would move our luggage for us and we would not have to adhere to the 11 a.m. checkout and 4 p.m. arrival time restrictions for that day. The hotel people were very kind and understood our issues and tried to be helpful. Being charged $5 a day for unsecured parking was a little bothersome. The smell in the room was awful. I even bought an expensive room deodorizer to try to get relief. We were able to adjust the doctor appointment on the last day to an earlier time so we decided to go ahead and leave and head home. The desk clerk said they could not help me with adjusting the reservation since we used Algotels as a third party. Words of wisdom for the next customers is to work directly with the hotel of your choice and not book through a third party. Hotels want your business and third parties don't care. Also be cautious about pet friendly hotels.
