I stay here for almost two months and I can sincerely say that the people here made my stay absolutely unforgettable. The rooms are super clean with new carpet and during my stay, they upgraded the washing machines, internet and some furniture. This place is clean, safe and everyone working here is super friendly. The location is unbeatable, but once again, the staff here is what makes this place great. Next time I'm in Arizona, I am going out of my way to stay here because I actually felt like this place was my home for a few weeks. This place is only going to get better with time with all the upgrades they're continuing to do and I cannot wait to come back. Thank you to the whole team working here for giving me one of the best hotel stay of my life.

Be careful! They had false advertising of their outdoor patio space for some of the rooms. I booked a room that showed pictures of a patio space that would fit four people and would have a curtain. Our patio had no curtain and had only two chairs. I specifically paid more for this room thinking our family could spend time there. Also the "free" WiFi (which you pay for as part of your resort fee) was horrible. I often couldn't do easy things like look up directions on my phone. Also, be aware that you can't simply sign into your Netflix account, instead you need to cast it. But an ad-based account won't let you cast. Also... remember that internet is bad, so casting makes for a less than enjoyable movie night.

No Running Water! After driving approximately 7.5 hours, I arrived at the hotel at around 6:30 PM. Only upon arrival was I informed that the hotel’s water would be shut off overnight from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM due to “emergency repairs.” I was also told that the water had been turned off nightly since Wednesday, meaning this issue was known for several days in advance. At no point prior to my arrival was I notified of this major disruption. Had I been informed ahead of time, I would have absolutely chosen a different hotel. Access to running water is a basic and essential amenity, particularly overnight. Compounding the issue, I had a meeting scheduled at 7:00 PM and did not have time to locate and relocate to another hotel before that meeting. While I was at my meeting, the hotel called to say I could vacate the room and would not be charged—but by that point, I was already at my meeting and could not reasonably return to pack up and leave. I ultimately had to leave my meeting early so my husband and I could return before 10:00 PM simply to shower. Overnight, we were unable to flush the toilet , which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. When I raised these concerns, I was told that I had “plenty of time” at 6:30 PM to find another hotel before my 7:00 PM meeting, which felt dismissive and unreasonable given the circumstances. I was also initially charged the facility fee, which was only waived after I complained. Most troubling was being told that the hotel could have emailed guests in advance to notify them of the water shutoff, but chose not to. The overall tone of the responses I received made it seem as though the lack of running water overnight was not considered a significant issue, which was very disappointing. I also paid $75 per night for my dog to stay in the room but no pet amenities were provided - not even bowls for dog’s food and water.
