This hotel and staff were perfect for this stay. The location was walking distance from the Opera House, museums, restaurants and many tourist sites, including bars lol. It is secure, needing your key to ride elevators, and to enter the premises late nights. l walked throughout the area, and felt safe, even late at night. There's a good eatery close by, that's open 24 hours. The best feature was the staff. When l had questions, they happily answered them, and even looked things up for me. l was assisted for a lengthy time more than once, and the night desk man helped me track down a missing phone. The included breakfast buffert had hot meats and most standard foods, but thankfully no pancakes or waffles--a weakness for me. My only issue was that the scrambled eggs were runny--more than necessary to prevent burning, but edible nevertheless. Still, a far cry from the boring continental breakfasts. l highly recommend.

Friendly helpful staff, a good range of breakfast foods which were included in our price, happy hour drinks. A bonus was that we were able to book directly with the hotel and secured a great price and as we were returning customers we were offered an upgrade.
