It's a good hotel for older men and women. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it for people under 30-40, as there's really nothing around. You can take a bus to Morro Jable in 20 minutes, but you can see everything there in 30 minutes. The younger staff do their jobs very well (theater, acting, sports activities, etc.), as do the men at the bar. However, I have to say that the lady at reception (blonde, mid-40s) is very, very unpleasant, and it seems as if she doesn't enjoy her job... but I wasn't the only one who noticed.

Many thanks to Maike's entire animation team and the restaurant service team for their friendliness and composure with so many children. The sports program, from yoga to beach volleyball, is fantastic, and the play "7 Dwarfs" was a real highlight. Our room was clean, even though the furniture is a bit dated. We highly recommend booking a swimming course with the external Sharky Swimming School; thanks to Nils. There are two pools, one with and one without animation, so you can also find some peace and quiet at this family hotel.

A very nice hotel...everyone is very friendly...from reception to housekeeping. The entertainment was fun. The food was delicious...there's absolutely nothing to complain about.
