Terrible hotel, a 3-star that could easily lose at least two. The photos don't reflect reality at all. No soundproofing whatsoever, very poorly insulated, impossible to sleep, people shouting throughout the hotel, phones ringing at all hours. No respect or civility! Faulty toilet. Bathroom window with no safety lock. Foul smell! Smoke detector wrapped in plastic film, exposed TV wires. The breakfast served is very meager. Restaurant closed…

We were a group of 30 people at the hotel. The hotel isn't ready to accommodate such a group. There was a shortage of bread, cold cuts, scrambled eggs, and even coffee cups. Breakfast lacked variety and no vegetables. Requests for food were met with anger. We didn't feel like guests, which they should care about. The hotel needs renovation. We were given rooms with damaged shower trays, broken air conditioning, toilets, and broken windows. I strongly recommend against staying here.
