Wonderful place, clean, friendly staff. We are visiting you for the first time, but we will definitely repeat. We are charmed. The only remark is about the restaurant. There needs to be an idea of more dishes on the menu 😉

An absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the management is doing an exceptional job. Everything runs smoothly, and you can feel that the entire team — from reception to housekeeping — is extremely well trained, professional, and genuinely kind. Every small issue is handled quickly, calmly, and always with a smile. It’s such a pleasure to experience this level of hospitality, care and efficiency. The SPA is amazing: spacious, perfectly organized, and never overcrowded. The real salt room (included, no extra charge) is fantastic. There’s a great mineral water indoor pool, a Roman bath, a very good sauna, a steam bath, and an outdoor hot mineral pool that’s magical even in winter. Fresh towels and robes are provided daily, with thoughtful room-number tags so they don’t get mixed up. Free lemon water in the spa and wonderful tea at reception add a lovely touch. The complimentary massage was such a beautiful surprise! The rooms are very spacious and spotless — ours even had a large sunny terrace. Breakfast is outstanding: huge variety and incredibly delicious. Beautiful art throughout the hotel makes the atmosphere even more special. Everything is handled with such professionalism and heart. We had a truly wonderful time and can’t wait to return!

Incredible hotel! The location is wonderful, the base is extremely pleasant, the food is delicious, and the staff is extremely disciplined and always ready to help. Today, I finished our vacation with my girlfriend and we are definitely both of us of the opinion that we will repeat it. Sincere thanks to the entire team behind this hotel.
