The rooms are warm and clean, the staff is very friendly, our stay was very pleasant and definitely we will visit the hotel again.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, we go to the reception at 2:45 PM and they tell me that the room is not ready yet and they insist that check-in is from 3:00 PM. We wait patiently and I go to the reception at 3:15 PM and they tell me that the room will be ready after 4:00 PM. After asking if we will be compensated for this if we check out an hour later, there is silence, but no. The bedding is scattered throughout the hotel. From the spa area to the deluxe area which is at the other end of the hotel, you get cold and uncomfortable. The pools in the children's area had cold water, the outdoor pool was also not warm enough. At dinner, the choice was quite limited, but otherwise the food was at least tasty. For the price we paid, the hotel is not worth it. I would not repeat this hotel again.
