My review is based on a two-night stay for three people in the Green House. When booking, I was unaware of the multiple houses and therefore had no control over where we stayed. I may have overlooked something during booking. Checking in with an older gentleman turned out to be the best part of our experience. We were "allowed" to park the car in a completely dark corner, not where the closets and lighting were located. The rooms are okay, except for the third bed, or rather the guest bed with wheels, which is very, very uncomfortable and hardly suitable for adults—perhaps for children. The bathroom, shower, etc., is very good. Dinner in the Blue House was quite strange—none of the staff—literally no one—smiled or even tried to. The same was true for breakfast in the Green House and subsequent dinners in the Blue House. No one. The same applies to booking an appointment in the Salt Room. The assistants, or rather the cleaning lady who is supposedly responsible for the Salt Rooms, were unfriendly and arrogant. The food was algae-based, varied, but I suspect one or two dishes were leftovers from lunch. Anyone who was hungry would be satisfied by the sheer quantity of food. Not everything was tasty, though. Overall, the staff was very, very reserved and unobtrusive. Politeness was a foreign concept. A pity. Laughter opens almost every door.

We booked four nights here and were accommodated in the Greenhouse. The rooms are adequate and generally clean, though a bit noisy from the neighboring rooms. The swimming pool was always a bit too crowded for our liking, so we didn't use it. On the first day, we had the evening buffet, but €21 per person is quite steep, and the atmosphere is rather cramped. We liked the location; it's just a few minutes down to the town. We were shocked by the price for bringing our dog. The hotel advertises that dogs are welcome for a "small" surcharge. However, the website doesn't specify how much this surcharge is. We have a small Bichon Frisé, who doesn't shed, and the Greenhouse doesn't offer anything for dogs that would justify such a high surcharge of around €23. The numerous seating options are a nice touch, so you don't have to stay in your room all the time, especially in bad weather.
