There was only an issue with my room staying warm. However, the staff was exceptional and very helpful. Thank you!

⭐ 1 Star – Pure Rip-off We were three women, and that's exactly what was exploited. Instead of service, we experienced psychological pressure, intimidation, and disrespect. After an accidental damage, I immediately contacted my liability insurance and submitted all the evidence – completely ignored. It was all about the cash: first €1,000, then €500, without an invoice, without any proof. On top of that, there were threats of being arrested at the airport, a canceled transfer that I had already paid for, and massive stress with health consequences. The bookkeeper was the most unfriendly of all. In the end, the police had to explain that I had acted legally. Conclusion: greedy, intimidating, and unprofessional. Stay away.

We stayed at the hotel from December 29th to 5:30 AM on January 2nd; my mother and I shared a room. Our experience during this time was extremely upsetting and inhumane. The damage to the glass door in our room was entirely accidental and definitely not intentional. We honestly and responsibly went to reception immediately and reported the situation. We immediately contacted our AXA insurance company and proved that our insurance covers damages in Turkey (emails, screenshots, and official information). We are still in contact with the insurance company and initiated the process immediately after landing. We showed all the evidence to reception repeatedly!! Despite this, the receptionist initially quoted the damage as 50,000 TL, then 25,000 TL, and demanded cash payment. Following these threats, the transfer we had arranged through the hotel was cancelled, leaving us feeling very unsafe. The receptionist repeatedly called us, making explicit threats that we would have problems at passport control and would not be able to leave the country. This situation was extremely distressing, especially for my mother, and we had to call the police. The receptionist refused to cooperate with us until the police arrived. When the police came, she explained that they couldn't set the price arbitrarily and that it could be resolved through insurance. Only then did she agree, and we said, "Okay, we'll handle it with insurance," but before that, we were constantly threatened. Furthermore, an employee named Nisa displayed an extremely disrespectful attitude towards my mother and our friend, which was both embarrassing and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in front of guests. Just a few hours after leaving the hotel, a response to our friend's review suggested that we still hadn't paid for the damage. This is completely false and gives people a wrong impression. Insurance companies take some time to process files, but payment is guaranteed in the end; this is clearly stated on AXA's own website, and we showed this to the reception repeatedly, but they completely ignored it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Threats and psychological pressure on guests over a damaged window are unacceptable. Period. During this process, the transfer was cancelled, no refund was given, and the staff's attitude was completely unprofessional. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to take this into account.
