The hotel is old, the carpets on the floors are torn, and the walls in the rooms look like cardboard. The atmosphere is supposedly a palace, but everything is made of plastic. Don't be fooled by the supposedly original alcoholic beverages. It's a lie. The staff is always trying to convince you to write positive reviews themselves. The food in the restaurant is good, the water in the pools is freezing, and the spa is even okay. We spent three weeks at the Rixos and decided to stay another week in Turkey, and it was a mistake to choose this hotel. For the price, we expected much better conditions. The kids' club is outrageous; I've never seen such stench and filth. I do not recommend this hotel, especially not for the price it's being sold for. It all looks nice in photos, but in reality, it's completely different.

We stayed at many hotels in the Belek region. Spice Hotel, despite being our first choice and staying there during the winter season, pleased us immensely. While it's in the higher price segment, we had previously stayed at nearby hotels and been satisfied; however, I can honestly say Spice Hotel was just as good. We checked in the day before New Year's Eve and stayed for three nights, including New Year's Eve and the following day. The food was truly fantastic; I would like to especially thank the chefs for that. The dessert and pastry section was a little weaker compared to the main courses, but I believe this will improve soon. The period before and during New Year's Eve was truly magnificent for us. It's definitely a hotel we would consider returning to. All the waiters, especially in the dining area and lobby, were extremely helpful; their attentiveness pleased us greatly. New Year's Eve was flawless in terms of both food and entertainment. I highly recommend it. Since our children are young, we stayed in a four-person suite. Our room was quite spacious and had a wonderful view. The fact that most of the hotel's guests were foreigners added to the comfort. It offered an extremely enjoyable and relaxed holiday atmosphere for those who enjoy having fun. I would also like to thank the hotel owner; they truly spared no expense in the New Year's Eve celebration. The staff's welcoming us with champagne in the conference hall on New Year's Eve, the round arrangement of the tables so that everyone could easily see the stage, was very successful. The live orchestra and singer performance, followed by three belly dancers who danced around all the tables, added a special touch to the night. In fact, at one point everyone joined in the fun and enjoyed themselves. The light show, mulled wine, and DJ performance on the lobby terrace after dinner were also quite successful. The fireworks display at midnight brought the fun to its peak. The serving of sausage sandwiches, kokoreç (lamb intestines), soup, and many other foods in the garden during this time was also a very nice touch. In short, this holiday made us say, "We're so glad we didn't spend New Year's Eve at home." It was an experience we would definitely return to.

Warning: More style than substance! Definitely not 5 stars! At most, 2-3. The room is okay, just average. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Again, not worth 5 stars. The food is mass-produced. The dining room is chaotic as a result. The resort is far too large, with far too many people. Everyone eats and drinks in the pool. Therefore, the pool is extremely dirty and disgusting. The staff sees this but says nothing. Those who push in line at reception get served first. The staff barely cares about non-Turkish or Russian guests. Never again! Not recommended unless you are Russian or Turkish.
