The hotel is very cozy, and the staff is very friendly. It's located very close to the Schlick 2000 family ski area. Breakfast and dinner were truly excellent. The only downside was the poor internet connection in our room (top floor).

We booked this hotel for our ski holiday. We were two adults and two children. We found the hotel very nice. The staff was also friendly. The food was delicious, with something for everyone. The pool was warm and spacious. The sauna area was great. The rooms were very large, clean, and had a good view. We would gladly come back.

Our experience – unfortunately a huge disappointment We first stayed at this hotel three years ago with our first son (who was one year old at the time), and we were very impressed. That's why we were so excited to return this year – this time with two young children (our second is now 18 months old). Unfortunately, our second stay was nothing like the first. To begin with, we were given a room that reeked of smoke. We are non-smokers, and the smell was very unpleasant. It took over an hour to resolve this issue – and we had already waited almost two hours to check in. In total, we lost almost half a day as a result. We spontaneously decided to extend our stay by one night. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely uncooperative. With two small children, we had to wait almost three hours again before we could move to a different room. The staff at reception were disappointing. The employees seemed unfriendly, annoyed, and unhelpful. Whether we needed something at reception or wanted to buy something at the bar, we constantly felt unwelcome. There was whispering, laughter, and comments as if we were disturbing everyone. On a positive note, we would like to commend the waiters and the bartender, who served us very kindly and attentively. Thanks to them, we felt at least a little more comfortable. The hotel's shuttle service to the valley station was also very convenient. However, the worst part came on the last night: I couldn't sleep all night because my entire body was itching intensely. At home, I discovered numerous insect bites all over my body. This experience was extremely unpleasant and absolutely unacceptable. How much I loved this hotel three years ago and recommended it to everyone—that's how disappointed I am now. Unfortunately, this was our last stay at this hotel.
