I came from postfalls Idaho and stayed here in room 201 and unfortunately they did not clean the tub to vary good it was black on the floor of the tub plus the crates that are in the tube were gross …. I woke up the next morning sicker than a dog :( I work at a Marriott and this is not Marriott standers!

Had a good stay here, but had a few alarming hiccups along the way. My family and I were assigned this hotel for a hockey tournament. We had all of our contacts with the Director of Sales, Monique. She was very responsive and kind via email. I had heard of some issues another hockey parent was having with her in regards to a service animal and room availability, but I didn’t experience any negativity from her. She honestly was great. We checked in on a Thursday as a family of 5. We got in late; and upon turning down the beds found the sofabed was soiled in urine and blood. We called the front desk and they VERY quickly brought us a new set of linen and such while also being very apologetic. I sent this info to Monique so she could alert the proper managers. Monique again was great, and even comped the room night and assured me via phone and email that all was being handled and addressed internally. The hotel though is nice. The lobby is clean and expansive, breakfast was okay (eggs were awful though), and rooms were good (though tired). The rest of our trip was pleasantly uneventful, which considering the general chaos a lot of those other hockey teams brought, is a great thing. I felt so terrible for the employees though, some of those other teams were awful to the property and staff, yet we were always treated with respect. Maybe they knew it wasn’t us? Ha. I really liked how they opened up a conference room to the kids. Brilliant idea to contain them to a general area. Based on the level of response I got after having a significant issue, I’d definitely come back. I’m looking forward to seeing what the hotel will look like after a remodel.

Our travel hockey team stayed for here for a tournament. We had an awesome experience. The staff was so good to our families. Thanks to the management and all staff. Pick this hotel if you're traveling with groups, families, kids, or business or pleasure. You will not be disappointed
