English: The room we were given was nice and seemed well-maintained: no mold, nothing broken, nothing out of place. Unfortunately, that was the only redeeming quality. It's unbelievable that we received such poor service, especially considering that my other stays at SpringHill, in various states, have always been excellent. Not here. During the five days we were there, the room was never cleaned or attended to. By the third day, it was clear that we would have to request fresh towels and trash collection every night upon our return. Several requests, such as removing the crib or providing basic amenities, were simply ignored. After a long day out, what one expects is to return to a clean and organized room, something essential for a pleasant stay. If I had been traveling only for work, perhaps I would have let this experience slide. But I was with my two babies and my wife on this Thanksgiving trip. Looking at recent reviews, I see that I'm not the only one with these complaints. I will have to ask my work to exclude this hotel as an option for me and the thousands of employees who travel constantly and use Marriott. ⸻ English: The room we got was nice and seemed well maintained: no mold, nothing broken, nothing out of place. It’s honestly surprising how poor the service was, especially since every other SpringHill I’ve stayed across multiple states has been great. Not this one. During our five-day stay, the room was never cleaned or serviced. By day three it was obvious we'd need to request fresh towels and trash pickup every single night when we returned. Multiple requests, like picking up the crib or basic servicing, were simply forgotten. After a long day out, coming back to a clean and organized room is what makes a stay feel good. That never happened here. If this had been just another solo work trip, I probably wouldn't bother writing about it. But I had my two baby girls and my wife with me on this Thanksgiving trip. And after reading recent reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who experienced this. I may need to ask my job to remove this property from the list of approved hotels for me and the thousands of employees who travel often and rely on Marriott.

Two years ago, my family and I stayed at this location over Thanksgiving and had an amazing time. We found the staff supportive, friendly, and offering an amazing service. There was a small bar in the lobby with a friendly bar tender and overall a grat stay. That time we stayed 4 nights. Fast forward to this year, we were excite to stay here again. It appeared to have offered the same elements. Sadly, what we thought we were walking into has greatly disappeared. We checked-in for 6 nights, and at that time were informed we would get service every other day (housekeeping). Ok, that's fine. We noted that we wanted foam pillows and not feather. Front desk said they will be brought up during the housekeeping refresh. I was like that is two days away but ok. The door latch to the bathroom was coming off the wall, a large metal piece sticking out. All of these were noted right after check-in, said they would look at the following day. Upon check-in, we were given a sheet that said the bar would be open daily, 5-10pm. I noticed that at 6pm when we checked-in, it was closed. I asked and was told, of course it is closed on Sundays. I'm like, ok, I get it, things changed. We left, came back and nothing had taken place. Again, mentioned to the front desk our concerns, said they would be taken care of during the housekeeping servie the next day. I did notice the bar was open and so we thought, maybe things we turn around. Fast forward to day three, again, we left and no service, no repairs, and the bar was closed, claimed the one and only bar tender was out sick. After being there three nights, no service to our room, we had to clear and replace towels, take our trash, and refill the shower bottles. In the end, found out that the bar is rarely staffed, they want to save cost on paying to have someone at the hotel. Housekeeping will skip over rooms if they feel like they don't want to clean your room. And don't expect to receive a foam pillows, those never arrived. While the latch was eventually fixed and the bathroom cleaned, we were in this for 3 nights and almost left for a new hotel. We even spoke with the general manager and director of operations during out stay, and nothing else changed. I am sharing this with anyone who is thinking about staying at this property. Maybe you will have a better experience, but don't have high expectations.

The rooms are clean, the furniture is in good shape, the staff are friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.
