This was a perfectly nice place for a stopover night on a long road trip. Exit has lots of restaurants. Front desk service was excellent. Room was clean, great AC, towels were quite soft. Bed was definitely on the firmer side, which is what drops it down a star for me.

Save your money!!! The rooms were dirty, the shower was dirty. Upon check in I requested the mobile key to make things quicker and was told they didn’t even have any cards to make room keys anyway without going to the hotel next door to get more. Get to my room with my tired kids and the mobile key won’t work so go back to the desk, thankfully the front desk worker had gone to get more cards to make keys. Was told the linens were not in the room to make the sofa bed got the linens but was told the pillows get locked up at night and there were no pillows but after insisting we needed a pillow magically 2 mismatched pillows were produced. While I was waiting I heard the front desk person tell other guests who were requesting additional towels that they were out of clean towels but had pool towels. Got a key got back to my room to pull out the sofa bed to find stains all over the mattress and sofa and the room smelled musty. Go back downstairs to request a new room and changed rooms, only one key to the new room worked and while the mattress in the new room didn’t have any stains the room or bathroom were not clean. Overall a terrible experience with a Marriott property and I would not recommend staying here.

First room on check in had pee and pubic hair on the toilet, crumbs on the couch and sticky spots on the desk. Second room was acceptable but still had stains on the couch and desk, toothpaste splatter next to the sink and the shampoo dispenser was broken off of the wall. The entire time we were there the entire hotel smelled overwhelmingly of some sort of air freshener, posing a real issue for my friend and I who both have allergies and asthma. We returned to the hotel room after our event for our second night and one bed had been made up but not the other and our bath mat and a towel had been removed and not replaced. I understand that for a two night stay maid service is typically not provided but it put a bad taste in our mouth that they had come in and not actually cleaned the room. Additionally breakfast was not available on time either morning and the second morning the attendant placing out the last of the coffee (45 minutes late) was rude to the people who were making coffee with what was already set out, complaining that they were in her way and that she needed to finish setting up. Finally the elevators did not appear to be properly maintained with buttons that would intermittently stop working. For instance our second evening the button for the first floor stopped working entirely in one elevator, not responding at all when pressed. Since the down button would not call a different elevator this rendered us unable to use the elevator to go to the first floor. Thankfully we are capable of taking the stairs but this could prove very hazardous for someone who is unable to take the stairs.
