The room was fine, but the service was horrible. Marriot has member levels and if they're going to have those levels, their staff should be accommodating to that level of patronage. If they don't like that a status should benefit you, then they should get rid of it. We do our best to not be entitled, but even when communicating respectfully we were met with such disrespect and rudeness. We had called ahead for a pack and play to be put in our room and were told no problem. We got here and it was not in the room, which is not a huge deal. We called down and they would not bring it to the room because they did not have the coverage to do so. We went down and there were two people manning the front desk. Seems like coverage to me. We were also told we would get housekeeping every other day. That was totally fine. We checked in on Tuesday evening. No housekeeping Wednesday. No housekeeping Friday. Friday night after a long day I finally had to call down for replacement towels. Same situation as the pack and play, I had to go down to get them, and when I got there, there were three people at the desk. I was told it was policy that they don't bring things to rooms. This is literally the first hotel I've been in that would not bring something to a customers room. The location is great and the room met our most basic needs, but unless I have no other option, we will never stay here again when coming to visit family in the area. I would avoid this one if you can, unless you enjoy being treated less than decent and not having hotel basic housekeeping accomplished like your trash taken out or towels replaced.

I often use this facility when I visit Palm Springs. First of all, it's conveniently located, with many markets, shops, and other amenities nearby. The facility is relatively well-maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere. There's also ample parking.
