Maggots in my ROOMS .. I was switched rooms twice because of a maggot problem … I mean in the couches , beds on the walls . The lady Tara who I wasn’t even originally addressing my concerns to .. burst in & had the nerve to say it was me after the cleaning ladies already told me this is a problem they’ve seen before as well as the maintenance man .. luckily I documented everything . & hopefully my service animal doesn’t get sick from this …

Marriott Gaithersburg's SpringHill Suites I recently had the pleasure of staying at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gaithersburg, and the entire experience was just wonderful. This hotel, which is located at 9715 Washingtonian Blvd., stands out from other lodging options in the Gaithersburg area thanks to its ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and friendly service. The staff's welcoming demeanor and desire to help made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The front desk staff made sure that every detail was taken care of, and the check-in procedure was quick and easy. The stay was made more intimate by their professionalism and sincere concern. The suites themselves are roomy, tidy, and well-thought-out. With a separate sitting area, a cozy bed, and a neat workplace, the layout is perfect for both business and leisure. The visit was made even more convenient by the room amenities, which included a microwave, mini-fridge, and high-quality toiletries. Throughout my stay, housekeeping kept everything immaculate, guaranteeing a clean and fresh room. The free breakfast is one of the hotel's best features. Offering a variety of hot and cold alternatives that were tasty and fresh, the selection was outstanding. The eating area was a wonderful place to start the day because it was tidy and well-run. Another significant benefit is the location. Guests have easy access to eateries, stores, and beautiful walking trails because it is close to the Rio Lakefront. This excellent location offers a great deal of value whether you're visiting for work or pleasure. All things considered, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gaithersburg offers a fantastic stay with first-rate service, cozy lodging, and a friendly ambiance. Anyone visiting Gaithersburg or the nearby region should definitely check it out, in my opinion. On my next trip, I hope to stay here once more.

SpringHill Suites: Convenient but Could Use Some Improvements SpringHill Suites is a simple and fairly priced option if you’re looking for a clean place to stay without extras. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is walking distance to Rio, which is a huge plus for dining and entertainment. However, the rooms are on the small side and the water pressure in the shower is weak. There also weren’t enough towel bars or hooks, which made things less convenient than they should be. Noise can be an issue, especially since the hotel is close to major roads. Light sleepers might want to take note. The fitness center is small but functional, with cardio equipment and free weights. There's also a small sundry area where you can buy snacks and drinks onsite and a very basic free breakfast. One ridiculous downside is that they now charge for parking. It feels like an unnecessary and frustrating price gouge, especially since this wasn’t the case in the past and free parking abounds in the area. It's simply a price gouge. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, especially if you want to be near Rio. Just manage your expectations and be aware of the added parking fee.
