I recently stayed at Square Nine and had a very disappointing experience. After checking out, I realized that a significant amount of money was missing from my bag. The only moment when my belongings were unsupervised was when housekeeping was already inside my room earlier than expected. I contacted the hotel immediately, but the situation was not handled with the level of seriousness or professionalism I would expect from a property of this category. This experience made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. Guests should be extremely careful with their belongings in this place, it doesn’t offer luxury or security.

We have stayed at Square Nine three separate times and each time does not disappoint. Everything about this hotel is primo - the rooms, food, location, and, most importantly, the staff. The staff is superb. Out of the many places we have traveled our experience with the staff at Square Nine is simply the best (and I am not exaggerating). Big thanks to everyone who has made our multiple stays wonderful.
