We have found St. Giles Boulevard Hotel to be a particularly pleasant place to stay when visiting M'sia. The services and the staff members, especially Fikri and Daniel, are all exemplary.  There was no initiative from your side to clarify the daily schedule or introduce the person in charge (PIC) by face to face.  The daily menu for breakfast and tea breaks in the meeting room was not shared in advance, nor were we asked for any preferences or concerns.  We raised an issue early on day 1 about one person’s is vegetarian, but the lunch was only served at 1 pm for that individual, and from the next day onwards, there were no vegetarian options available for breakfast or snacks in the meeting room.  On the last day, the tea break included beef balls, beef soup, and beef meat without consulting us beforehand, and no alternative meals were prepared for those who do not eat beef. Despite repeated inquiries with Nurina, there was no response.  Overall, communication was poor with no proper handover. When I asked Damya, she directed me to Nurina, but Nurina remained silent. It was difficult to reach anyone by phone, and all communication was done via WhatsApp messages, which made it feel like I was dealing with an invisible person.

check out is 12noon. check in is 3pm BUT why hotel lock us out at 11am? that's an hour left!! Would hotel check us in 1 hour ahead? no then why did they lock us out...its miserable behaviour
