Unbelievable stay at the St Regis and not in a good way. From the moment we arrived they were trying to scam my family out of the suite that I paid for, and continue to insist that I paid for junior suite when I had in writing that I paid more and until I got American Express on the phone, did they finally agree that I did in fact pay more. Later on they tried to charge me for more fees in pesos when the rate was booked in dollars. Service is subpar. At the pool on the beach there is barely any service. When I went to get chairs for my family at 10 AM they told me all the chairs were finished. Until I told them that I paid $3000 a night did they finally tell me that magically two chairs opened up... Not a St Regis!
