The Rooms are very dated, and way overpriced for what you get. $49 per day for parking, $60 per day an extra bed in the room. Only stayed here because of the Tepanaki Restaurant (Kabuki), certainly had a much better choice of a more modern facility with free parking and way better value for money. The views of the Brisbane river etc are great etc, just a shame the complex is tired and no money has been spent on it in recent times to freshen it up.

Stayed with my partner for 3 nights Hotel room great! TV streaming functionality was a kaotic mess! Has to be more user friendly. Nobody answers the phone, just rings out! Front of house are inefficent, untrained (asking for food recommendations from the concierge), borderline rude, and there is no customer care. Their non verbal behaviour says it all! Breakfast; mediocre at best. Empty food stations, rubbery poached & fried eggs stewing in bain-maries. There were 2 stations of pastries and not enough healthy options. Some Asian dishes would have been nice as an alternative. Tables uncleaned and coffee machines out of service. Food is sparse and selection is limited and not great quality. Don't know how this hotel can be classified as 5 star? Better accommodation and hospitality alternatives.

Well they say never judge a book by it's cover, how disappointing. From the outside and the view it looks superb but the meal we had tells a different story. We went for lunch after pre visiting and chose to have a set menu, which was primarily four meats from the grill and two sides. Very disappointing, the meat was quite fatty and piled on the plate like it had fallen from a height. Apart from the beef which was very nice the rest was very mediocre and was served on a dish which rapidly went cold. We couldn't finish the meal, it was not good and thusly I cannot recommend the restaurant.
