A pleasant hotel with very comfortable rooms. The friendly staff is competent. Booking.com oversells the breakfast a bit; while it's nice, it's fairly standard (I suppose nothing can beat Italian hotels), but the service somewhat makes up for it. There seems to be a lovely terrace, but in January, we had to do without it. The location is convenient and allows easy access to the city center on foot (albeit with a bit of walking). I'm not particularly sensitive to noise, but Brussels is still a noisy city, and the hotel is near a major road, so this is something to consider if you are sensitive to noise.

I can recommend this hotel without hesitation. Although my stay was short and I only had a brief meal at the bar, the overall impression was excellent. The restaurant appears to be high quality, and the wine selection is particularly good. The rooms are very spacious by European standards, especially for Brussels. The layout is well thought out, with a separate toilet, and a bathroom that includes both a bathtub and a separate shower, which is ideal for two people. There is also a well geard up Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, in-room safe, and the room is quiet, well furnished, and clearly well maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable, balanced between firm and soft, and there is a pillow menu available at check-in, allowing you to choose from different pillow types based on preference. The hotel offers several thoughtful extras, including free shoeshine service in the morning and free wifi without limitations. You can also easily work from these rooms as well. The wellness area includes a gym, a Finnish sauna, and an infrared sauna. The bathroom amenities are high quality (Molton Brown products), and bathrobes and slippers are provided. The design details are well executed, including the uniquely designed “do not disturb” and “clean my room” signs that fit the hotel’s overall aesthetic. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and helpful. Finally, the location is excellent. Overall, a very comfortable, quiet, and well-run hotel that I would happily recommend.
