I honestly cannot rate this place any higher. I came for a spa and lunch and the whole experience was exemplary. I hope to come back and experience the hotel side of things soon!

Went here for a spa day, I was very disappointed, on arrival was asked to sit in a holding room with other people filling in paper work . Then we was taken to locker area to get changed the lady that took us there didn't come back for 20 minutes to lock our lockers that was time wasted out of our thermal journey, one we got to the pool area one of the saunas was out of order, there were no towels on the shelves no staff around to ask. The pool is very small too. We went for our massage we was still in out wet swim wear and they just wanted us to get on the bed in our wet swimwear. I had to insist on disposable modesty shorts, not the luxury spa day experience that I'm used to. We then went for our lunch only to be told there was two items not available which was the salmon. I would not return to this venue or recommend to friends and family

Gorgeous venue 😍 We had a fab 50th Birthday Party 🎈 and we're well looked after all night. Didnt have a room but so many at the party dud and we're very impressed 👏
