We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we enjoyed our staying the most! We had an upgrade to more luxury room and we were very happy with it! Breakfast was very good and more than enough! I’d recommend this hotel for staying!

The positive aspects first: the subway station is just seconds from the hotel. You can get into the city quickly, and the connections are excellent. The price per night (€200) was also reasonable (due to the Winter Olympics). However, what disappointed us was the service, the heating in the room, the staff, and especially the breakfast. We weren't greeted warmly by the staff, nor were we given a friendly farewell after our three-day stay. We were rather ignored by the staff, and we didn't feel comfortable as guests. At least, that's our impression. Upon arrival, we made a "deal" to add breakfast for three days at an extra €26 per breakfast and receive an upgrade to a junior suite (26 sq m). Unfortunately, the breakfast was inedible! The coffee from the machine was undrinkable. We even left the "scrambled eggs" after one forkful. This forced us to complain and forgo breakfast for two days. The gentleman at reception was quite harsh on us. No apology, no inquiry as to why the food was inedible, nothing…just angry stares and the feeling that we shouldn't be so rude. The room was okay, but definitely dated. The worst part, however, was that the ventilation didn't work. We were freezing and couldn't sleep from 3 a.m. onwards because of the cold. If the weather hadn't improved on the second night, we would have had to change hotels or rooms. We also complained about the heating not working immediately after the first night. Unfortunately, it seems it wasn't repaired. We will not be booking this hotel again on our next trip to Milan.
