I stayed at the Stay hotel last night. My stay was OK. It’s conveniently located close to the airport. Heidi at the front desk was very friendly and the girls at the breakfast also very friendly. Due to a flight delay, I had to Make a reservation for one more night after making the reservation (an hour and a half after) I went to the airport and was able to manage rerouting my flight, call back the hotel and ask to cancel that reservation for tomorrow night just one hour and a half after making it. It was denied. I have been on a chat with a manager for about an hour and a half and they just let me out cold. Nobody’s answering me the only thing she said they have rules. I explain that I already stayed at their hotel paid out of pocket for the night for food. The new reservation I made was just in desperation since my flight was delayed for two more days, Expedia contact them and I did as well. They explain that they found me another flight and that I No longer Need the room. I explained my whole situation, but they made no effort to help me. I’m very disappointed, an experience that could make me feel uncomfortable and taking care of turned out to be a bed experience. I guess, making an extra $57 is more important then a good review and a satisfied guest.
