It's getting worse and worse. The supplies are all gone – no mugs or bowls. The kitchen utensils are so bad they're unusable. The spatula is even melted from the heat. Looks like I'll have to find a new place to cook.

It's not a regular hotel, but more like a one-room apartment for rent. It has a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine, so it seems like it would be good for long stays. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the ceiling is poor. I stayed on the first floor, and footsteps from the floors above echoed quite loudly. If that bothers you, you should probably avoid staying here. Personally, I think it's better than a cramped, expensive hotel because the facilities are excellent.

👎Having traveled to Japan so many times, this is the first time I've encountered such a terrible hotel. I have to write this review to warn others! 1. The cleanliness was appalling. There was a strong odor in the hallways and rooms, and a lot of insects, especially in the first-floor rooms, which smelled of insecticide. The bedding and sheets weren't fully closed; they were left open. Giving guests such blankets was unacceptable. All sorts of problems made my stay very uncomfortable. 2. When we asked to change rooms, the manager kept reading our messages but didn't reply. Their attitude was extremely poor. 👎 They used various excuses to shirk responsibility, forcing us to accept rooms with such poor hygiene. It took over an hour of negotiation before they agreed to change rooms. If a hotel can't even meet the most basic hygiene standards, please don't call yourself a three-star hotel, and the price should be the same.
