I enjoyed my stay here! While reading some of the reviews i was a little discouraged about staying here, but I’ve learned that everyone will have their own experiences! I personally had an amazing stay here! The only part I was a little iffy about was when you check in they charge 100$ to ur card for during your stay, they state that after your stay is complete you will receive the money back. Idk that I didn’t like..? Otherwise everything else was perfect! The front desk staff were very nice! Our room was very clean, cozy! Up to date! I was so surprised and impressed how nice it was when I stepped in! They have a pool, it was very clean which I liked about that one! They also do free breakfast, they had many options for breakfast which was pretty enjoyable! All though we did stay on a weekend which can be a little busy, by 9am everyone was fighting over the breakfast lol! I do have to mention that the walls in the room were a little thin… I was kept up all night by the people next door to me arguing all night…

The old miserable man (Robert) at the front desk needs to be removed .. the last place that man belongs is at the front desk of a hotel, or anywhere for that matter. The snotty attitude I received, he talked to me like a I was a piece of garbage, rude, he’s not personable, he’s not friendly or welcoming at all, doesn’t even lift his head to acknowledge anyone coming or going, doesn’t know how to even smile, I can keep going but I think that makes the point enough. What is he doing welcoming guests and being the first face you encounter when you stay here ? My family will NEVER come back here again and thats ONLY because of Robert himself. - side note the rooms were beautiful so it’s a shame the experience had to be ruined by one aweful person with the personality of a block of wood.

Well to you guys out there this hotel was a horrible experience. The staff were very unpressional as well as they all lacked knowledge of how the hospitality industry works. The employee Umi was very much my biggest issue. She was very rude and she was threatening to kick my family out due to payment for the room. I was working at the time she called and she was making drama. I then showed up after work and applied the payment. Here's the real kicker, after all the drama of paying for this room which was an extended stay, they wrongfully applied the payments to the room from my account incorrectly.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I knew this would have happened since none of them understood the accounting folio of the hotel. This resulted in a correction on their end. The front desk staff lacked training and I was constantly told I was going to receive a call from management to rectify any issues since I was calling for three days straight. Thank God for turning this around because I ended up speaking to someone who then rectified the issues. Beware of Umi, she's a horrible front desk employee who is on a power trip since she said outright that she should be the manager there and she treats the guests as trash. A 1 star joke in my view.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
