Great hotel. The staff is always friendly, and it's a nice place to stay with dogs. Their breakfast was practically empty an hour and a half before it officially closed, though, so we didn't get much to eat. The breakfast was disappointing, but everything else was great!

It looks lovely. The desk attendant was great. While showering I saw that there was a giant pubic hair on the shower head then noticed a used washcloth, again with pubic hair, on the shower curtain rod. At bed time all we could hear were the people above us running and being super loud and it was well after “quiet time”. The pool was clean but the amount of chlorine caused respiratory issues in a lot of our group and there were no pool towels so we had to walk back to our rooms dripping wet.

I stayed at your hotel from 7/22-7/25 in room 100. Shortly after check in we noticed the toilet wasn't bolted to the ground causing it to rock and try to tip over. We also noticed an outlet cover missing leaving exposed live wires. I went and told the front desk and after he looked and had no other rooms available he said he would get maintenance on it. The next morning it was still not fixed and that night after asking him he said the boss looked at it and it was fine so we were left with 1 usable toilet and exposed wires for our entire stay. I had to exit the room and use the hallway bathroom if the other in my room was occupied. Door to the laundry room was broke, there were holes in the walls in the gym. Door trim was unpainted and others were poorly painted. The bathroom basically flooded when you showered. Phone in room didn't work. I left a review last year but somehow it got deleted. I reached out to management and IHG for a partial refund due to paying for a suite and getting a half finished room with an electrical hazard and 1 usable bathroom but was never offered a partial refund even though I did not get what I paid for. It wouldn't allow me to post all of the photos but here are some of them .
