Our experience at this property was not what we expected. Our room type was the one bedroom apartment which is being advertised as an upper floor room, please do not expect that as we got moved to a building two blocks from the main one that had all the facilities as well as the front desk and the room was on the first floor with just two windows for natural light. This is not stated anywhere on the website that our room would be far from the front desk or the main building we were informed upon arrival. We have arrived very early the reservation was for 3 people so they saw how many we were before checking in at 15.00 but still the sofa bed was not made, they told us where the linens were to do it ourselves even though we were waiting 5 hours to get to the room. The entrance for the other building had nobody there for security and the alleys next to it were very sketchy every evening filled with people doing drug use or homeless. So that was our biggest disappointment at the start. The front desk encouraged us to contact them via WhatsApp for anything we may need so once during our stay we asked for fresh towels and an AI assistant replied to our texts and we were told to go to the front desk to get the towels mind you we were two blocks away and we just wanted to take a shower with new towels, we went to the front desk and the person there is like no one ever saw the texts so if this is the main communication between guests and the hotel it is lacking a lot. The only positive note was the location and nothing else. I am also posting some photos from our building’s entrance and a screenshot of where our room was and where the main building is.
