Overall good experience at thia hotel. Pros: The view from the Nile-view room balcony is absolutely beautiful and was definitely the highlight of our stay. The pool area is lovely and very well maintained, a great place to relax. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Cons: The hotel feels a bit too much like a generic “resort,” which takes away from the local atmosphere. Food options were disappointing. Most of the offerings felt very Americanized, and no authentic Egyptian cuisine on the property. The breakfast buffet was just okay — not bad, but nothing particularly memorable.

A couple of weeks ago, we enjoyed a beautiful stay at Steigenberger Luxor. The room was elegantly furnished, the bathroom immaculate, and the restaurants exceptional. The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. We recently had to cancel another reservation, and Mr. Moshir was incredibly helpful. He processed the cancellation and refund immediately. Fantastic service and a memorable experience—highly recommend
