Stella Village Seaside Hotel

We had a very nice stay in September, loved the rooms, the staff was very professional and kind, everything was just perfect.

One-week stay in early November. The hotel was pleasant, friendly, and lively! Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent. The reception staff were attentive, helpful, and always smiling. Special mention goes to the Water Park restaurant staff, a smiling and welcoming woman. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were top-notch and professional, except for the bartender at the Meditera, who seemed to only serve based on the customer's appearance (or the tip?). The buffet food was good but repetitive, with no new dishes and not enough local fare (November, so probably the end of the season, so leftovers). We had a bad experience with the shop located on the beach just to the left as you leave the hotel; it's better to walk, enjoy the view, and shop further along in the charming town center of Analipsi. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel; our expectations were met.

We stayed at Stella Village on a family-friendly holiday. We had booked the last week of the season, and now understand why the deal was good, most places in the area were closing or already closed. The resort itself is undergoing a revamp, so it should be much improved for the new season. Room We stayed in Room 416 which was a great size for our family (two adults and two older children aged 14 and 19). Everyone had space as there was a spearated area for the children, and we had a balcony with a clothes hanger that was handy on sunny days. However, there were only two cups in the room despite there being four of us. Food & Dining The food was adequate, though not very flavourful compared to what we’re used to. It was fine overall, but next time I would probably choose half board. With older kids, we might also try one of the other Stella resorts, as I hear Stella Village can get very busy with lots of young children. The staff were generally good, but by the third night the restaurant service noticeably changed fewer food options, slower service, and less attention to clearing tables or providing cutlery. Every breakfast I had to search other tables for cutlery myself. Drinks at lunch and dinner were slow too. On Thursday evening we were directed to a restaurant by the volleyball area. We hoped for something a bit different, and it was nice overall. However, the waiter misled us into ordering a second bottle of wine, which he then t charge us £14 for even though we were on all-inclusive. When I mentioned this during checkout, the receptionist seemed uninterested and even laughed it off. The same waiter asked where we were from. When we said England, he made a thoughtful gesture and returned with “more suitable” menus, saying these should be okay for us. As a family of mixed heritage, raised in London around all kinds of cultures and flavourful food, I found this a bit offensive as though we were being given something lower or less authentic. Entertainment & Facilities The evening entertainment team was great and brought some fun to the stay. We won a spa massage, which was fine, though the paperwork took longer than the massage itself. The spa looked nice overall, with a gym, pool, steam room (from what we heard), and a salon. Another guest who paid for treatments said they had a great experience. We also heard that the children’s club was good. Download the Stella app when you arrive, many activities take place in the other Stella resorts. Exploring the Area We hired a car for two days and were able to explore more of the island, beautiful places and warm people. We rented from **Elena**, next to Stella Village, and she was extremely helpful. Overall, Stella Village is a great place for families with small children and will be very busy in peak season. For families with teenagers, another part of the Stella complex might suit better. There was a lovely lady at reception(blond hair tied back with black glasees) who greeted us when we arrived and always checked in on us during our stay, she also gave excellent travel advice. The pool music was great, nd the cocktails were made well.
