2 things worth mentioning before my review- I did attempt to talk to the manager multiple times but she never called me back, and I DID accept a discounted rate for the room not having a microwave and fridge - but that was the least of the issue with my stay. Long story short- I would NEVER stay here. I do NOT recommend, even if you’re desperate. I booked this room last minute because we didn’t want to drive home after a football game. I walked into the lobby and no one was there. I waited for about 10 minutes and then called, and someone came to give me my key. He was nice, so there’s my positive statement. He let me know the room had just been “renovated” so it did not have a microwave or fridge yet. I said that’s fine because we didn’t need one anyway. We walked into the room and my jaw almost dropped. It felt like a jail cell- nasty tile floors and bare walls- it felt like a big concrete square. My 30 lb daughter put her head on the pillow and said “I can feel the wall behind my pillow”- it was that thin. I asked the front desk for extra pillows and a blanket. He said they didn’t have any more pillows and he would “look for a blanket.” I turned the ac on and it was louder than the loudest setting on my sound machine. There were multiple issues not worth mentioning, but my family packed up and drove through the night to get home instead of staying the night. It was so bad and a just an overall horrible experience. Avoid at all cost - I don’t know where any of these other positive reviews are coming from. I could not find anything positive worth staying, even in our desperation.
