Good for the price and location. The room (and bathroom) is tiny, but as the gentleman at reception perceptively asked "how long are you going to spend in there, anyway?". But compared with the many worn-out, creaky, noisy hotels in the area, it's modern and bright, even if there is the occasional ceiling trim missing. Free (instant) coffee and tea at reception, a free drink at the pub across the road, and friendly staff make it a decent experience, at a price that was, in my case, less than a third of the "brand" hotels in the area. If you want a home from home, that it isn't, but a place to stay while you enjoy the city, absolutely. I'll be back.

I stayed here late April 2025. I was impressed by this place. In particular the people working the Front Desk were extremely friendly, and helpful, especially a man named Mohammed Riswan, who was always there to assist me before I went out each day. Great personality, and he would always write directions for me. The place has a great central location, quite clean, and tasty breakfast. Keep up the great work. Thank you, Ryan Donovan

Rooms fine. Stayed at the new wing. Very noisy, pud downstairs noisy until late. Poor noise insulation between room/doors. Loud and prolonged noise early in the morning, maybe from chaging cags at the pub. No answer to emails, before or during stay. Breakfast is nice, staff is very nice and accomodating. Well located in close vecinity to peddington station Elevator from 2nd floor . Need to carry suitcases up, one floor
