Suburban Studios International Drive

I had a great room on second floor. Nice rooms, comfortable and clean. Large fridge and microwave. Great location to theme parks. Very budget friendly. At night…Club across the way… music was way too loud till 2:15 am…it was hard to get to sleep. Other than that… great place to stay.

Horrible place, try to book another hotel if you can !

Priceline screwed up big time .. took over 2 hours to get my room .. but the front desk people, a family group, were attentive and polite. I stayed for a week, and didn't see them afterwards .. had no problems after i got in the room. My usual extended stay on I-drive quadrupled their prices for NYE, so that was out. Found this place online and wanted a kitchen similar, so gave it a shot. I didn't need housekeeping, so they didn't bother me with knocks every day .. perfect! But they took the time to say hello when they saw me. So kindness was all around with the employees. They picked out a second floor room, but I asked for a first floor. They have an elevator, but no "birdcage" cart, so I would've taken like 6 trips with all my stuff. The only one they had ready was near the highway ... so I-4 was very loud all day and all night .. didn't like that .. they are right next to the interstate. It's loud,, all night long. To get to them, you have to enter and go through another, not-so-good hotel property, they don't have their own entrance, so if they're busy, you're stuck. Great location .. go out to I-drive and your right in the middle of everything! It's really just a hotel room, not like extended stay, but they have a full size fridge, a kitchen sink, microwave, and an oven top with 2 big burners, but no dining room table .. just a desk to eat at. So there's good and bad, but it was a nice stay. Commenting on other reviews ... the fridge is adjustable, you can set it to the temperature you need. It was plenty cold. I saw no bugs, but in Florida some may get in, that's the tropics. All the lighting and lamps worked fine. The tv was fine, plenty of regular channels. I used an hdmi and watched my tablet on the tv. Floors weren't dirty. Counters weren't dirty. "Sketchy" people, I saw a few, but wasn't worried at all. You are in an extended stay so some people "live" there. The people who worked there I dealt with were polite and cordial. The shower does have low water pressure, but it stayed hot and worked fine. Had to take out the stopper, because the water is slow to go down the drain.
