From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, starting with Ian and Fernando, the incredible cleaning service provided by Elena, and ending with the manager, Mok. They treated us like royalty, taking care of every detail of our stay, always with a smile and genuine kindness.

We can't complain; we spent a couple of days there. The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the two elevators weren't enough for the number of guests.

Rooms are not 5*. Cold at the back windows. Service at the bar needs serious attention. All staff are friendly, but overworked. That spa (pool, sauna) is very relaxing.
