The three stars are for the food, which was disappointing. For the price per night, which is the same as the Salinas resort, the variety of meals and snacks was very poor (one day we had chicken breast skewers, sausage, and corn...). Dinner was another disappointment in terms of variety, zero seafood and only two red meat options... Another disappointing point was the fact that the bungalows are adjoining (two rooms in one bungalow, separated by only one door), meaning constant noise from the neighbor... I confess, I'm incredibly picky about noise, haha... But that's precisely why I opted for the bungalow; I know how picky I am and I pay more for that reason. At the very least, they should make this completely explicit in the room descriptions.

We stayed at the resort for 6 days and I can say that the experience was incredible in many ways. First of all, I would like to highlight the service, from the reception, everyone is helpful and treated us very well. One point that was very important since we booked the hotel was the contact with the Nutrition team, Jeane, Bruna, Adriana... My 8-year-old daughter is celiac and the demand, although it often seemed complex, they met our needs with excellence and seriousness. And even when there were points to improve, they were there to understand and help us. It was truly incredible and I am very grateful to you. In the kitchen, Lu was attentive and wonderful... she helped us every day. In the table service team, I would like to highlight Maria Santos, Ingrid, and Rafaela. You made our lunch at Peperoni even more special every day. In the salad bar, Mrs. Irani prepared perfect appetizers with care and politeness. Recreation, my daughter loved it, she didn't even want to go to the beach, she wanted to play all day until night. A thousand out of ten! It was very fun for adults and children. Hélio listened to and noted all our feedback and seemed genuinely open to improvement. Regarding the food, we discussed a few points with him, such as having more fruit at the pool bar, food that wasn't fried, and also putting up signs indicating whether the food in the hotel contains gluten or is gluten-free. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return.
