The staff is not nice. We paid for the most expensive room in the hotel, yet they sent us to find the room on our own. We got lost and had to return to the reception twice, and still no one came to guide us. ||Except for the junior …

I have traveled to so many places in the world and I always leave a great review with lots of great pictures - or I don't write anything if it's less than great. But this time I have to write to warn Israelis specifically but also people who like to receive service and reasonable value for the price they paid. So the highlight of my story: anti-Semites! Read to the end to understand why: We came on vacation at the end of September, 3 couples along with 2 other couples from Sweden and Germany - we took the most expensive room in the hotel and all the rest were regular rooms. Somehow the Europeans got a much better view than the 2 Israelis, that's how it turned out. They didn't show us to the room and sent us to get lost and come back to them twice to figure out where our room was!! You have to pay for pool towels. You have to pay for sunbeds by the sea. The prices are ridiculous for the value. During our stay in the most expensive room we received this: 2 Nespresso capsules and 2 decaf capsules. When we asked for refills they said yes but in fact they never refilled them. They didn't change our sheets once (we stayed 7 nights). They didn't wash our dishes once. There's no bathtub in the most expensive room, there's a shower that drips on your head even when you don't want it. Boiling water with waves of burns. The air conditioner freezes the room even on the weakest setting and at 30 degrees!! The girl fell something under the sofa, I was horrified to discover cobwebs and insect corpses. It's impossible to darken the room because the entrance door is frosted and at night there is lighting that shines directly into the room. The toilet's drain is broken, if you step on it barefoot you can cut your foot. There's nowhere to hang a hand towel. You put them on the counter like in a hostel. Your personal balcony is a transit station for all the hotel guests who just walk by and stare at you / talk loudly or scream at their children from afar right next to the room. There is not even a fence around the balcony, if my daughter wanted to run around in our area for a bit, she immediately found herself in the mud of the unkempt grass opposite "our balcony". The managers and the girls at the reception do not smile and are not pleasant to say the least. Didn't they teach you to smile?? The water in the pool is frozen like ice in an abnormal way. All the pools are empty of people. We got a massage and it was inside the room. It was really, really good. Later, the whole floor was greasy and only after three days, when I asked the cleaner for her mop and rag to clean it myself, did they finally wash my floor. (Every day room service comes in but all they do is change towels and tidy up the existing bedding. The food is average to say the least. There is no selection, tired vegetables and one pan that makes omelets out of a suspiciously runny batter. Everything is very slow. The taxis they sent us with are expensive by an unpleasant margin compared to those you order on your own, and they also increase the fare as you reach your destination. And the highlight - the European guests and other guests whose check-out I got to watch received a nice gift of olive oil, honey, and a few other things in a beautiful box - the reason I saw that every time was "Wow, thank you very much, what a beautiful gift.." which made me look. The 2 Israeli couples who were with us did not receive a gift. When they asked if there was a gift, they received a small jar of honey that is sold in shekels. When they asked again about that gift, they received an answer that they had just run out. We checked out later. We paid over 60 euros for it. In the meantime, we waited in the lobby And we watched another European couple receive a gift. We said to ourselves, well, we'll check out soon and they'll surely bring us the "gift" because we were in the most expensive room, and in general, we left tips there left and right - because ** (and this is my only compliment besides the massage) the waiters were really, really nice (despite their slowness). Then the big moment came, we checked out and they said "Bye, thank you." And that was it. No gift, not even a jar of honey. I asked her "Tell me, my friends got a gift, why didn't I?" She spoke in Greek to the other clerk who asked me "Ah, do you want a gift?" - I answered her "Not anymore. I want to know why I didn't get a gift" and then they just started talking in Greek among themselves and then she asks me again "So what's the problem? Here she goes to see if there's a gift..." I answered that it was okay I don't need the gift and I asked them if it had to do with the country I came from? They raised their voices when they tried to tell me That my accusation is irrelevant. I stood there waiting for the taxi they ordered for me that arrived after 20 whole minutes when they could have tried to talk to me again.. and didn't. They just spoke Greek and looked at me non-stop. Now what's the matter?? I don't need your stupid gift - I'm organized enough in life to buy myself everything. It's the fact that the Israelis specifically didn't get it. That's the only reason I sat down to write the review for this depressing hotel - otherwise I would have moved on with my life and simply not returned there. The taxi they ordered for me cost almost twice as much as the taxi I ordered myself in the city back to the hotel. ***I'm really sorry I didn't take pictures of what was under the sofa and the broken tin - because those are the pictures you would get here. Your service consciousness is shocking. Is there a chance that this is only for Israelis or did other people get to experience your unpleasant faces and lack of courtesy and niceness?

A lovely family hotel with its own well-maintained beach. The warm atmosphere and the incredibly friendly and attentive staff made us feel completely at ease. A place to relax – we would love to come back.
