I was scammed. I booked 3 nights with a 50% discount on transport and wrote to request authorization to arrange my own private transport for the outbound trip because I was on a local island next to the resort. They replied that yes, there was no problem, they would make an exception, but they didn't tell me that this would mean I would lose the discount (of course, if I then save them my regular transport, there shouldn't be a problem, but they should have told me beforehand and not made me pay for extra transport). In the end, I paid for my private transport and theirs for the return trip (€250).

Amazing place. Everything is thought through. Flawless and meticulous luxury hospitality. Excursions and spa are costly. Reef is good. Food spread has over 100 dishes at every meal. Do the excursions while staying at maafushi and then come to ohluveli for relaxing. Had one of the most memorable trips ever.
