We spent an evening at karaoke, the service was mediocre. We asked for Kamia (a type of karaoke) and they said no, they were out, even though we had spent over 100 dinars on beer. For shisha, we waited half an hour or more for a single charcoal. I regret going, even though the atmosphere with DJ Atef was great. We came specifically for him, but I won't be going back.

The positives: located 500m from the beach, the waiters are very pleasant, my room was renovated (unlike others that were older or lacked hot water). The negatives: huge complex, not very friendly at reception, no suitable equipment for babies. The major blunder: upon arrival, I reported a date problem and was given updates every day, saying it was being processed, but they were actually waiting until December 25th (a public holiday in France) to finally take action, to no avail. Then they presented me with a fait accompli: either I pay for my vacation again or I leave the hotel immediately. I left the hotel with my baby, and my flight was the next day. BAD MEMORY. I'LL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME.
