Sunny, SVB Oriental (same hotel), the lobby staff provided terrible service. They were rude to customers. The room number sign had three digits, but when I went to get the key, they asked for a four-digit number. Is that even acceptable? Why not invest in a four-digit number sign? The room condition didn't match the price, and the service mind was lacking. Furthermore, they used vulgar language towards tourists simply because they reported a Wi-Fi problem. They didn't understand what I said, so they thought they could say whatever they wanted. Not only was the problem not resolved, but they even told me to fix it myself. Terrible experience; you shouldn't stay here.

This place and others hotel around are the same I am really upset staying here. first thing first I didn’t know that there is no elevator second when I come into the room that is smell like vomit. I found cockroach running on the floor next to the bed. The location is way too deep in the alley, and there is a lot of dogs in front of the place. It is not worth the price at all. Behind the building is the train rail. So its super noisy.
