Few employees, long lines for food. Very bad food, everything smells bad. They managed to make bad bread and rice Cocktails with a lot of sugar and little alcohol. Beer with water The rooms looked different from the pictures (you're afraid to take a bath in the bathtub. Mold on the walls and ceiling) The maids only bring towels, they don't change the linen, they don't clean I don't recommend

Our stay was in September 2025. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The furniture was old, although the bed was comfortable. But the biggest problem was that the floor was so dirty, as if they had forgotten to clean it. We obviously had a lazy maid, because the cleaning was lame all the time. In 12 nights, they changed the bed linen only twice. Towels that I left on the floor to be picked up during the daily service were found in the same place where I had left them. One of the days they had not come in to clean at all. The food was monotonous and not particularly tasty. The buffet is strangely and inconveniently spread out in the restaurant. And the all-inclusive was a mirage. Between lunch and dinner there were only sweets between 4pm and 5:30pm. Every day the same, without anything salty. There was only ice cream all the time, which, however, was from large boxes in a freezer. And you have to put it in a funnel or a bucket with a spoon that everyone touches. The only good thing was that there were a lot of staff in the restaurant (only foreigners, almost no Bulgarian speakers), who cleaned the tables very quickly. They were one of the few people who did their job quickly and thoroughly. After complaining the evening we arrived and another the next day, I realized that the reception was no use either. That's why I didn't try to complain anymore. The hotel is on the main Varna-Burgas road. It's outside Obzor and for a walk you must use a car to go to the city. They also had a bus, which we didn't use. Otherwise, the beach is close. There were shows six days a week, which we really liked. We definitely wouldn't go again.
