An amazing stay which exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly good and really canā€™t do enough for you, very kind and friendly people. The grounds the Hotel is set in was stunning and well maintained, lot of nice food options too. The rooms are a good size also. Highly recommend and we will be going back to this hotel in future.

I read reviews where the food is described as plentiful and delicious. I can honestly assure you that the ingredients are very poor, the cooking and recipes are completely flawed, so besides being unhealthy, it can actually be dangerous. As a result, there's an embarrassing amount of food waste, due both to the poor quality and the buffet service, which should be managed by the staff, since many people fill their plates and then leave everything behind. The room's private pool (surcharge) allowed us to enjoy our stay better; otherwise, the loungers by the large pool and the beach are always full. The staff speaks only minimal English. Poor general lighting at night.

The food was bland. We stayed for a week. After the second day, the buffet staff didn't ask if you wanted anything to drink, but if you went to the bar, they gave you dirty looks and said, "Why didn't you order?" They didn't even look at you if you didn't tip. Eating in the restaurants twice, we got food poisoning both times. I lost my entire birthday because of it, so my boyfriend went to talk to the doctor since we were both very sick. The doctor just said that both of us had to be present for him to examine us, and that it was an extra fee. The morning after we complained about the lack of tact, some managers called us over. They sat down, apologized with smiles, and talked about how clean and different the resort was. They told us that what we had wasn't food poisoning and asked why it was only the two of us when there were reviews from other people saying the same thing. The doctor didn't come out to apologize or anything. The girl who was supposed to be looking after us only responded every 24 hours, giving us her WhatsApp number with a somewhat unprofessional profile picture. When she did reply, it was to apologize and say, "Let me make it up to you," and with hearts. I honestly didn't understand, aside from the fact that they didn't compensate us at all. We booked massages for three days. On the first day, I asked for a sports massage, and the girl was very nice in a private room. On the second day, it was in a room for two, just for my partner and me. Now, on the third day, without asking, they put us in a couples' room. I asked for a sports massage, expecting the same massage as on the first day. It was nothing like that, considering that the person giving me the massage was a woman and my boyfriend was a man, who would have been more careful when performing the massages. This girl, even though I wasn't wearing a top, lifted my arms from behind, leaving me completely exposed to a man I didn't know. I saw how he looked at me, and from then on, the rest of the massage was extremely uncomfortable for me. Aside from everything being in Russian, everyone speaks to you in Russian, all the shows are in Russian, and the music is in Spanish, which they don't understand. The staff assumes you're speaking Russian without asking and only speak Russian; if you speak to them in English, they look at you strangely. When we complained that all the shows were in Russian, they said no, there was English translation. Are we deaf and didn't know? I really don't recommend this resort; I wouldn't go back. The views and everything else aren't worth it in my opinion.
