While it a cheap hotel it’s nice room inside great bed no stains

Definitely reflects the price! Room was absolutely beat up, holes in walls, burns all the over tub, bathroom door had clearly been kicked in before and so had the door to the room etc. People above slamming doors so loud the room shook, screaming etc all night long. Went to check out at 8am, went to start our car and found a homeless gentleman under the influence looking in the windows. Thirty seconds later he’s at our room door (with three young kids) kicking the door. My husband had to step in between him and the door to make sure he didn’t come in. Proceeded to wander around knocking on random rooms windows. Office hours are supposed to be 8am, didn’t come to the office until I called. Informed her about this gentleman and she literally asked who he was, like we were supposed to know, and then brushed it off like it was nothing or totally normal.

Do not rent a room from this particular location, 1931 Rupert St, Regina SK. I stayed in room 115 and was absolutely blown away by how incredibly terrible it was. It smelt like cigarettes and mildew, stains everywhere and marks all over the walls. Staff was nice, she offered to take away the security deposit for me which I appreciated heavily as I don’t think it would have made much of a difference. Due to the state of the room, I had decided to go for a walk to get some fresh air and (completely my fault) accidentally locked my keycard in my room, they have no after hours number or staff that I could get ahold of, and ended up staying in a nearby McDonald’s all night. The shower was nice, very good water pressure and water was scalding in seconds, but it wasn’t good enough for me to stop thinking about the loose tile that you HAVE to step on when stepping out of the shower. Tub had burns on the edges, and there was a window where all the tracks had dead bugs and gunk all over it. The amount of stains, and ripped carpet is terrible, I didn’t trust walking around without my shoes on and hated the idea of leaving anything on the floor long enough for it to be infected. I never saw any bugs, however I was very hesitant to stay there. So many chips in the walls, stains on the headboard, and a very uncomfortable bed accompanied by a lingering smell of cigarettes. The “neighboring” rooms were constantly up all night doing god knows what, fighting, yelling, random people showing up, and constantly felt like I was on edge. I paid just under $200 for 2 nights, and I immensely regret it. Highlight of my 2 nights were the cheesy jalapeño bites from BK, and there are lots of resturants nearby, but terrible area, lots of homeless people and users all over. Best advice, go literally anywhere else.
