A very pleasant place, with an intimate atmosphere and attentive service. Parking nearby is no problem. It's a very casual place, more like a family hotel than an elegant, impersonal resort. We had a room, or rather a duplex apartment with two bathrooms and a kitchenette, for a very reasonable price (in May), well-equipped and clean. The care and attention paid to guests makes them feel like guests, not just paying customers. The beach is about an eight-minute walk away, as the hotel is on a street parallel to the main street, nestled among villas, olive trees, and in a quiet setting. I recommend it!

We stayed at this all-inclusive hotel for 10 days in October 2025 as a family with three children. We were very impressed and were able to relax wonderfully, thanks in large part to the fantastic food. Every day there was a large, varied buffet with healthy ingredients, plenty of vegetables, meat and fish dishes, salads, homemade bread, as well as pizza, homemade fries, and pasta variations. The quality was superb! (We always value good food and have traveled to many countries.) There were various theme nights (Greek, Middle Eastern, Italian, sushi, etc.). The head chef did a fantastic job. We consider the fact that leftovers are prepared and used differently the following day to be sustainable and exemplary. The service staff was extremely friendly (despite the end of the season) and a well-coordinated team. In October, the sun shone over the pool from approximately 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It was clean and fresh, and the pool area is cleaned regularly. We had a maisonette room with two sofa beds for the kids and a double bed on the upper floor. There was also a bathroom on each floor. Yes, they are showing their age, but the rooms are cleaned daily (except Sundays), and everything is spotless. The fact that there are no activities or other entertainment options like fitness in October didn't bother us, as we were traveling around the island in a rental car, visiting the beautiful beaches and Chania, and also going on hikes. For the longer excursions, we were able to book packed lunches that were well-stocked with sandwiches, fresh salads, fruit, and water. We don't normally stay in hotels because we value the flexibility of a self-drive trip. But here we felt completely at home and can highly recommend the hotel.
